Bleams Medical Centre is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all patients and staff. Abusive behaviour, words or actions that make others feel threatened or demeaned will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the practice.
 

• For booking appointments or any other matter, please call our office at 519-742-4321 and our staff will be able to assist you.

  • Phone lines are answered on

    • Mon-Tue and Thur 9:30am – noon, 1:30pm – 4pm

    • Wed and Fri 9:30am – noon.

  • ​Note: Our phone lines are busy during peak hours. If you are unable to get through, please leave a voicemail during clinic hours and a team member will return your call within 24 hours.

  • Please note that we are an appointment only clinic. This is NOT a walk-in clinic.

• After-Hours Clinic Timings:

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM

• For prescription renewals, please ask your pharmacy to fax us the prescription renewal request at 519-742-1305. Please ensure you call AT LEAST 2 weeks before you will run out of your regular medications.
   

• Completion of government, work-related medical and insurance forms may take up to 2-4 weeks.
